We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Once the product is verified and returned (if required), we will process:

Refund to the original payment method / store credit within 5–7 working days.
